To check the status of your Aish order, please contact us with your name, order details and the date your order was placed. We can help confirm whether your piece is still in production, nearly ready, or already dispatched.
Standard made-to-order pieces usually require 1–3 weeks. Heavily embellished or bridal work usually requires 3–5 weeks.
