How long does delivery take?
Standard made-to-order pieces usually require 3–4 weeks for stitching and delivery. Contact us if your order is time-sensitive.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship online orders to 27 countries including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, most of Europe, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and South Africa. See our shipping page for the full list. Free standard shipping applies when your cart subtotal is £300 or more (GBP). Orders below £300 have a £15 flat shipping fee. All checkout is in GBP.
Can I order to my exact measurements?
Yes. Most Aish pieces are made to your exact measurements rather than standard sizing.
Can I customise colour or embellishment?
Yes. Many styles can be adapted in colour, finish or embroidery density. Message us before ordering to confirm what is possible for your chosen piece.
